More protests in Greece as The Parliament delays vote on ‘North Macedonia’

Thousands of people rallied in main cities in Greece while legislators debated the Prespa agreement that renames its neighbour into a Republic of North Macedonia, ending more than two decades dispute between the two countries. Greek Efemerida published video of protesters burning Macedonian flag in Athens in front of the Parliament. The ‘Macedonia deal’ reached in June last year, brought political unrest in both countries. The vote in the Greek Parliament was delayed till Friday amid heated debates previous day.
