Leaders of the 28 nation NATO military alliance have concluded their Summit in the Polish capital, Warsaw with a communique that cites an arc of insecurity and instability that directly threatens the international community. Threats include Russia's aggressive actions, the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East and North Africa and unprecedented levels of terrorism. Montenegro has also been invited to become the 29th member of the alliance.
