Opinion- Victor Bivell: Concern for Pirin Macedonians in Agreement for Good Neighbourly Relations with Bulgaria

Editor-in-Chief of Pollitecon Publications Victor Bivell looks at some of the aspects of the Agreement on Good Neighbourliness between Macedonia and Bulgaria recently signed between the premiers of both countries.Mr. Bivell says one of the areas of concern is Article 11, Clause 5 where the Macedonian government abrogates responsibility and concern for the Pirin Macedonians.He suggests Macedonians in Bulgaria obtain dual citizenship as a way of enabling Macedonia to officially take care of its citizens.
