Round seven, (or was it eight... hick!) of the annual Wine & Cheese Festival held at Williamstown on March 9, was another chance for local producers in Victoria to show their subtle points of difference. You would have been excused for any slurring on the day where tastings and samplings were a-flowing. Coverage of this year’s edition of the annual festival reveals visitors awarded a high score to solo organiser Sotir Stojcevski’s plentiful offering. Quality local boutique producers of wines, made this way and that, yielding the trendy ambrosia of modern day connoisseurs, rubbed shoulders with artisans, who enticed those keen to enjoy the health benefits of goat's cheese, without the barnyard flavour.
