Police release the names of officers who died in a Melbourne crash

They were our colleagues, our friends, our squad mates and our family. That was the emotional tribute paid today as Victoria police vowed to uncover every detail of the horrific freeway crash that claimed the lives of four serving police officers. Victoria have officially identified the four officers killed on the Eastern Freeway in the Melbourne suburb of Kew. Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, and recent academy graduates, Constables Glen Humphris and Josh Prestney never made it home last night.
