President Ivanov refuses to sign new laws with the name ‘Republic of North Macedonia’

Several laws passed in the Parliament will have to be put to the vote again, after which the president will have to sign them, as the law requires


Macedonian president Gjorge Ivanov might not put his signature on any new laws until the end of his term in May

 

MP Vlatko Gjorchev, during  his interview on TV Telma, said that President Ivanov's procedure was in accordance with the laws, that he was elected President of the Republic of Macedonia and swore an oath to  support and defend the  Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia
