Researchers finding may be close to 500 Indigenous massacres

A landmark project by the University of Newcastle has now documented more than 250 Indigenous massacres across Australia. It is the second stage of the project recording the events in an interactive, digital map. The sheer number of the massacres has caught researchers by surprise.
