Severe measures introduced around the world to slow virus spread

More countries are introducing severe measures to try to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, with over 300 more deaths reported in Italy. Measures are also being taken to protect the world economy, with the US Federal Reserve slashing interest rates to nearly zero.
