Should Novocastrians be concerned about their ammonium nitrate storage?

Residents of Newcastle, north of Sydney, are calling for the removal of 12,000 tonnes of ammonium nitrate being stored in their port facility. It comes after a deadly blast involving the chemical at the port in Lebanon's capital city, Beirut.
