Study finds home-based early learning helps vulnerable children at school

A new study has found that a home-based childhood learning program can help vulnerable children prepare for school. The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters - otherwise known as 'Hippy' - helps parents deliver a curriculum from their living room. About 5,000 children in 100 regional and remote communities are enrolled.
