Thirteen parties charged after Whakaari/White Island disaster

New Zealand authorities have charged 13 parties for allegedly failing to meet their health and safety obligations in relation to the White Island volcano tragedy. The volcano, also known as Whakaari ((fa-KAH-ri)), erupted in December last year, killing 22 people, including 14 Australians.
