Unemployment falls while underemployment hits record highs

The ABS reports that the unemployment rate fell 0.2 of a per cent to 5.5 per cent last month, (may) with more than 42,000 jobs created.While part-time work may suit some students and people returning to the workforce after an absence, there is growing frustration among some workers wanting to work more.
