The man charged with coordinating the nation's humanitarian intake of at least 3,000 Afghans fleeing the Taliban has described their level of need as extreme. Refugee resettlement expert Paris Aristotle has told SBS World News some applicants are being charged outrageous amounts to have their visa applications submitted.
