Victoria bearing much of the COVID-19 downturn burden

Australia is now in its first recession in almost three decades and Victorians are bearing much of the burden of the COVID-19 downturn. The state has recorded another 90 new cases and six more deaths and while case numbers are gradually falling, less than half of Victorians with mild symptoms are getting tested.
