Victoria shatters its COVID-19 daily case record

Victoria has shattered its COVID-19 daily case record but will still allow residents stranded in New South Wales to return from the end of the month. Meanwhile New South Wales has recorded 1,063 new COVID-19 cases and six deaths, as restrictions ease in some regional areas.
