Party Coordinator Nikola Micevski says -VMRO-DPMNE will actively debate on constitutional amendments but will not submit proposals for amendments to the constitutional changes. He anticipates a heated parliamentary debate. Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi says even if VMRO-DPMNE wanted to, it cannot prevent changes to the Constitution through filibustering.
