Velibor, the father of Angelina Tanaskoski,one of the 24 state finalists in the SBS National Languages Competition explains why it is so important his daughter speaks the language of her ancestors. Nearly 2,000 children nationwide aged four to 18 entered the inaugural SBS National Languages Competition which aimed to encourage and celebrate a love of learning languages in Australia.
