Whilst Adela Spirovska was living in one of the most popular foodie destinations in the world – Italy, she still had cravings for a home cooked Macedonian meal, for which she quickly turned to her mum. That savoured recipe was to kick start her passion for a food and culture magazine ‘The Modern Domakinka’ a place where fellow Macedonians around the world can turn to.. when they want to cook something ‘Baba’ used to make.
