Zaev promises that the new government will work on new reforms while Gruevski warns of the dangers of the so-called Tirana platform

Negotiations to form a government are intensifying as they enter the final stages. What is now considered almost certain is that Zoran Zaev's new cabinet will include both DUI and Zijadin Sela's Albanian Alliance. It is uncertain whether the BESA Party will have members in government or simply offer parliamentary support.
