Prime Minister Zoran Zaev confirmed that the government is ready to accept a geographical qualifier but rejected the change of the Constitution. Zaev's statement of readiness for a geographical qualifier came in with a positive comment from the Greek Foreign Ministry. Meanwhile, President Georgi Ivanov says he is not informed of any agreement reached between the Macedonian and Greek Prime Ministers in Davos. VMRO-DPMNE's vice-president Aleksandar Nikolovski confirmed that the opposition wants to find a solution to the name, but if it is bad for Macedonia, it will not be supported. A new ministerial-level meeting between Macedonia and Greece mediated by Matthew Nimetz is announced for the next week.
