Emergency situation in Flagstaff: commuter mistook busker for a gunman

Police have reopened Melbourne’s inner city Flagstaff station, after the busy CBD stop was earlier evacuated following reports of a man with a gun. However it is cleared after it was found that a commuter mistook a busker for a gunman.
