Aged Care crisis: The pain of loneliness

Australia's aged care sector is under-resourced and under-funded, which is brewing a crisis within the industry and affecting our elderly, an expert has warned.

SBS Nepali has spoken with a number of people from the industry who have highlighted the need for reform in the industry. Most nurses told us that it  has now become norm to roster only few staff to care for a high number of aged care residents, which then impacts the delivery of the care.
