Severe punishment: Almost 16 million fine for irresponsible employers and up to 20 years behind the jail for negligent individuals

Under a new proposed law by the Victorian government, employers in could face fines of almost 16 million dollars while the individuals responsible for negligently causing death could be jailed for 20 years.
