Victoria's fourth coronavirus lockdown begins as outbreak becomes 'increasingly uncontrollable'

The number of primary and secondary contacts of the 30 confirmed positive cases has risen to more than 10,000, with authorities warning the virus is "running faster than we have ever recorded".
