Nepali Australian chef Suraj Pradhan was among a group of 10 international chefs who hosted 15 guests at their pop-up restaurant at the Mount Everest base camp, 17,600 feet above sea level.
The trip to the base camp was a part of the group's 20 months 20 countries pop-up food project. Pradhan spoke to SBS Nepali about the trip and the restaurant.
