A Mental health first aid training program is being organised in southern Sydney focusing on the local Nepali community in the area. Organizers say the program will help the members of the community to identify and support people experiencing mental health crisis. Bharat Nepal is one of the lead trainers of the program and he says St George hospital in southern Sydney at one point had admitted 360 Nepalis going through mental health issues, within one year.
