A Nepali conservationist won the prestigious Whitley Awards

A Nepali conservationist Sonam Tashi Lama has won a prestigious Whitley Awards for the conservation of critically endangered red panda. 40,000 Pound (69,734 AUD) worth Award will be spent to protect red pandas and to diversify sustainable income for communities.
