'I did not win silver, I lost gold'

Young karateka Arika Gurung became the first Nepali athlete to win a major medal when she took home a silver medal from the 2024 Asian Championship in China. Gurung talks to SBS Nepali about her experiences competing in and winning these prestigious tournaments.
