Australia and Singapore agree on plans for travel bubble; when will it start?

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has reached a deal with his Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsien Loong to work on the conditions for a travel bubble that would initially allow students to return. Mr Morrison made a brief visit to Singapore on Thursday for talks with his counterpart.
