Australian property prices: How low will it go?

Vendors selling their property in Australian capital cities have already started giving discounts on the advertised price say, experts. Such concessions, currently sitting around 5%, could continue rising as vendors face more pressure to sell says finance adviser Bishwas Bhattarai. How low can property prices go in places including Sydney and Melbourne? Here's what Bhattarai had to say.
