Australia's cap on International arrivals to be lifted in a "staged way"

The Prime Minister says caps on returning international travellers will be lifted in a 'staged way', with Queensland and Western Australia agreeing to increase their intakes. With almost 25-thousand Australians stranded overseas National Cabinet agreed to increase the limit to six thousand a week.
