After a number of drowning deaths within Australia's Nepali community in 2016, a youth organization in Sydney recently partnered with a local surf life saving club to help prevent such deaths in the future. Vision for Motivation recently hosted a water safety training in conjunction with Tamarama Surf Life Saving Club to help increase awareness about ways to stay safe in Australian beaches. Aavas Mudbhari from VFM says it's very important for Nepali people in Australia to understand the importance of water safety - not just for themselves but to help protect others as well.
