197 countries including Australia and Nepal have urged the need for "highest political commitment" to combat climate change at the 22nd UN conference in Morocco. Manjeet Dhakal, adviser to the Nepali delegation, was one of the attendees and he spoke to SBS Nepali about the achievements of the international conference.
