Debates on amending Australia's Racial Discrimination Act - Will it ever stop?

The debate about whether section 18 C of Australia's Racial Discrimination Act needs to be amended has again flared up this week in the media. Turnbull government says replacing certain words from the act will protect freedom of speech and make the law more effective. But the opposition groups disagree.
