As many as 3.5 million mortgage payers are likely to be affected by the recent rise in interest rates by the Reserve Bank the President of the Federation of Nepalese Community Organisations in Australia (FENCA) and economist Dr Krishna Hamal says people must be mindful of their spending habits for at least the next two years.
