Scrolling on social media, or listening to your friend's Bali trip - fear of missing out is the feeling of being left out while assuming that other people are enjoying more than you. Popularly known as FOMO, this fear is common in many people, but can sometimes take a problematic turn. Melbourne-based mental health specialist, Dr. Anupam Pokharel takes us through its ins and outs.
