Gold medal in first attempt - First female Nepali Australian bodybuilder

Prakriti shrestha had been regularly going to the gym for almost 12 years as a hobby. However, in 2016 she decided to take her body building to the next level and won gold medal in her first ever professional competition, becoming the first Nepali Australian woman to do so. Since then, she has travelled overseas and added many more medals to her name. Prakriti and her gym partner, a champion body builder himself, Santosh Shrestha spoke to SBS Nepali about their success and plans for 2017.
