With more than 105,000 flu cases confirmed this year, authorities have labeled this flu season as the worst one ever in Australia. About 15 people including children and the elderly are reported to have died due to the influenza virus. What are some of the ways to protect yourself and your family from the virus? Melbourne General Practitioner Dr Chandra Pokharel had this suggestion.
