GP workforce in crisis, new report reveals

Burnout, heavy workloads, and greater dissatisfaction with their jobs - almost a third of Australia's GPs say they'll stop practising in the next five years. The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners' new Health of the Nation Report reveals GPs are in desperate need of support. SBS Nepali spoke to Dr Chandra Deepak Pokharel, who has been working as a general practitioner in Melbourne, about the latest challenges in this profession.
