"Many Australians unaware of their mental health problems"

A survey 3,102 Australians on their mental health has found 90 per cent of participants where unaware they were exhibiting symptoms of a severe mental health illness. People aged between 18 and 89 took part in the research called "Australia's Biggest Mental Health Check-in". So what are the early signs of mental health problems? Melbourne psychiatrist Dr Anupam Pokharel had this to say.
