The Victorian government and more than 20 organisations have jointly launched a pilot program to help prevent Australians of non English speaking backgrounds missing out on employment opportunities. Called 'Recruit Smarter', this program aims to make CVs anonymous, where job seekers won't be required to have their name or anything that identifies their cultural or family background in their resume.
