Felicity Volk, Australia’s former Ambassador to Nepal, says that almost every Nepali politician and leader she met had a deep understanding of, and a keen interest in, Australian policies affecting the Nepali community and international students. Volk made this comment during a conversation with SBS Nepali after her appointment last year to the Board of Directors of the Australian Himalayan Foundation, a charity working in Nepal and the Himalayan region.
