Nepal's 23 member football team has arrived in Sydney ahead of their clash against the Socceroos for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.


Nepal's captain Kiran Chemjong, Head Coach Johan Kalin and Sujal Shrestha, one of the experienced player in the team spoke to SBS Nepali about their preparedness for their first game against Australia in Canberra.

Members of Australia's Nepali community are currently playing an active role in supporting the national team.

Australia Nepalese Football Association and Non Residential Nepali Association Australia are part of that support team and they spoke to SBS Nepali about their initiatives.
