Due to the business of life, many immigrants in Australia feel the society here is a bit cold. Nepalis are no different in expressing their concern about the quality of mental well-being in Australia despite the improved living standard and overall quality of life. A few Nepalis speaking on the ‘R U OK? Day’ said they would be grateful if someone stopped and said, 'Namaste, Sanchain hunuhunchha?' They told SBS Nepali that having a support system to lean back on is extremely important in the life of an immigrant.
