Nepal's 10 year long load shedding - will anyone face the law?

Nepalis were forced to live without electricity for upto 16 hours a day for a decade. But the cause of the crippling power shortage that started in 2006 may have more to do with the vested interested of the few says journalist Ramesh Kumar. In his investigative report for Himal Khabarpatrika, Ramesh Kumar has published some statements, that he claims shows, how government officials and businessmen involved benefited financially. Ramesh Kumar spoke to SBS Nepali about what he discovered during his investigation.
