A free exercise camp has been launched to help Nepali visiting parents in Australia to keep them both physically and mentally active. Regular events are being organised in suburbs of Glenroy, Epping, Lalor and Thomastown where they can be seen involved in activities such as boxing, tai chi, yoga. We spoke with Amrita Gurung, the brainchild behind this project.
