The Nepali government and CK Raut from the "Free Madhesh Coalition" have signed an 11-point- agreement helping Raut join mainstream politics and Resham Chaudhary, a provincial government MP has been sentenced to life-in-prison over the death of police officers during a riot almost three years ago.
