Parents say 'When going to Nepal, children should not feel like they have gone abroad'

Shabdamala Nepali Language School, established in 2010, is currently instructing a cohort exceeding 300 students with Nepali heritage. Spanning 7 diverse locations within New South Wales, the school facilitates students' engagement with the Nepali language through a range of educational materials and resources. During a recent open day event at the Granville branch, attending parents spoke to SBS Nepali about why they want to send their children to language school.
