On Sunday January 29 Magar Samaj Australia organised "Maghe Sankranti Mela 2023" at Gough Whitlam Park in Earlwood, Sydney. The organisation's current president Anil Thapa Magar says it is an opportunity to teach Australia-born children of Nepali background about their culture.
