The spirit of Holi is back in Melbourne, Madhesi Community in Victoria's event tomorrow

Dr Surendra Rauniyar, President of Madhesi Community in Victoria, has told SBS Nepali that this year's Holi celebration will be grandeur after the last two years' programme was affected by the pandemic.
